Morning staff is fabulous. Always on time friendly and efficient.Mobile orders get ignored by evening and weekend staff.We ordered and then walked 15 minutes to an empty store. The staff were resting their hands over their chests and had not started even the coffee.What is the problem here? Why every mobile order is ignored when we give ample time before coming to pick up. Every time. We order ahead to not wait inside the store and then they don’t do a thing until you are standing there. Then they talk about you thinking you aren’t in ear shot.

How hard is it to follow simple instructions after confirming my order three times THREE TIMES. Requested NO BUTTER as I'm allergic to dairy. So they put EXTRA BUTTER. Worst location in Guelph.

Drive thru is so slow on the weekends in the evening, under staffed end up waiting unexceptional amounts of time for a hot tea. As l see from the reviews lm not the only one complaining about the same! The only positive thing I can say... the drive thru is quick and efficient in the morning during the week and Saturdays.

When the staff are this unhappy, verging on grumpy and rude, I always wonder what the management/company are like to work for! Can't always blame the guys on the frontline.
