Tim Hortons - Guelph

The service here is excellent; it’s my top choice at Tim's whenever I'm in town. I had a small mix-up with my order this morning, but the staff were incredibly kind and handled it without any issues. Just a reminder: kindness goes both ways!

I frequently stop by this place before work, but I can never seem to find anyone at the counter. I usually end up waiting, as they seem to prioritize the drive-thru service. When I finally do get my coffee, it’s always left unstirred, resulting in the sugar sitting at the bottom. It really makes me question how lazy one has to be!

I visited the restaurant around 9:30 AM on a Monday. The drive-thru had a long line, staffed with several employees, but there was only one person at the front counter to assist the customers waiting in line there.

This is the second time they've forgotten to include the sauces I had already paid for. It seems like they hurry when there’s a line. Although the staff was friendly and wore smiles, the fast pace of service leads to errors.

This is a charming place, but unfortunately, I was let down by the food. The loaded bowl I ordered was only half full, which was a stark difference from the enticing picture in the menu.
