Fusion Authentic Indian Cuisine

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Fusion yesterday. It is the top authentic Indian and Kerala restaurant in Guelph. The ambiance was amazing, the customer service was great, and most importantly, the food was delicious. The egg curry (mappas) with parotha was the best we've ever had. The egg curry was simply amazing. We are pleased to have discovered this place and we will definitely be returning regularly.

This Indian restaurant in Guelph is one of the best! The food is delicious and I highly recommend trying the chicken biriyani, it is very tasty and the aroma alone is mouthwatering. This restaurant is one of my favorites in Guelph and I think everyone should give it a try, it's a great place!

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to sample both North and South Indian cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food is delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff are very welcoming. I will definitely be returning for more delicious meals in the future.

The place has a decent vibe and quiet atmosphere and this was our second visit here but the food was not as good as we expected it be like it was on our first visit We ordered their dosa which was good nice and crispy but we asked them to make it spicy and so they add chilli on the top of mashed potatoes which i felt was not a good move but the dosa chutney and dosa itself was tasty so u must try it and then we order vegetarian biryani and asked it to be hot and spicy but if wasn’t at all so was disappointed but still it tasted better Overall was a fine experience but to be true their menu is very limited and they have little options in starters too, especially very less vegetarian options! So have a look at the menu before u visit. Good and friendly table service .

Last week she tried her food. lamb rogan josh, huh mulligatawny suppe on ubereats. both were good, especially the rogane josh. then one day tried her huh biriyani. I didn't like this article very much. on the other day we had lamm kadai gosh with plain naan. that were also good. will try their different items when I get the chance.
