The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. However, my experience was tainted when I noticed a 3% charge on the bill labeled as an "honest to goodness fee." I found this to be a deceptive way of raising prices, especially considering the irony of the name. I was disappointed and felt misled, leading me to no longer support this establishment over such a small charge. After receiving a generic response from the restaurant, I am even more frustrated and have decided to lower my rating. It is clear that this establishment has a sneaky billing policy and does not value the intelligence of its customers.

I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this restaurant, as they went above and beyond to ensure that the steaks I ordered were absolutely delicious and satisfying. The quality of the steaks was outstanding and truly mouth-watering. A great dining experience overall.

The service at the Guelph location was terrible. It was my first time visiting and I waited nearly 25 minutes to place my order for food and drinks. It then took another 45 minutes to receive my food, and there was no one around to take a reorder.

A group of us went. Never got the coke i asked for until the end. They messed up a bunch of drink orders. Food was ok but some ppl got sick so im only giving 2 stars. Service was some of the worst ive ever
