Augusta Louise Cafe Bistro - Guelph

This restaurant is so wonderful, the delicious home cooking, the friendly staff. Every time I eat there I feel nourished, well fed. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This really is a hidden gem! The food was really really good. Wait was a bit long for the food but I think that’s because they make it all right there fresh for you. I ordered the breakfast burritos which were amazing (especially with salsa and sour cream). Also the hash browns (potato pancakes) are an absolute must try (see pic). The service was great too, very friendly and welcoming. You can tell they are genuinely happy to have you here. To top it all off everything is soooo cheap. This place definitely should be a lot more popular. One of the best places to get breakfast food in Guelph.

Awesome food!! Awesome staff!! I would definitely recommend eating here. It was the best breakfast ever! The hash browns were awesome! I left with a smile and a VERY full stomach.

The fruit cup is always amazing and I eat here or get deliver nearly every day AL's open. I hadn't tried either the omelette nor their sausage so today I let their flavours burst in my mouth. The sausage comes without the casing! The flavours are succulent. The omelette features feta, olives, spinach and chopped tomato. You can taste each of the fresh ingredients. This is common across their entire menu like in the pizza. Delicious. The rye is great Too!

My friends recommended this place for breakfast and I am very glad they did. Had never heard of it before. Really great food, friendly staff, the owner was very personable and loved the plants growing by the windows. Have not eaten out in a while and am glad I came here.
