After seeing a report we stopped buying some goose foie gras on the road for our holidays by chance it still had a few days of parties! Originally from the Landes we used duck foie gras so we were very curious to taste the goose and we were not disappointed a real treat! In addition, the approach of without gavage is really an excellent initiative bravo to you and good courage for the future.

The CANOIE house allowed us to find canned goose foie gras which is therefore transportable. This artisanal foie gras collects medals at the Paris general agricultural competition. Small shop but with all homemade products like terrines and other local products. Parking space before the shop in a beautiful village with a cobbled roadway.
