Sheraton Ontario Airport - Guasti

Walls are paper thin, hotel furniture very dated, 2 pillow types: mush super mushy, USB out only at desk, need some USB electrical outlets at bedside, anything over $125 a night is too much for this level of accommodations :

Received upgrade to club level room as a titanium elite member. Evening appetizers consist of salad, pizza, and calzones. Breakfast was scrambled eggs with bacon, hash browns, and waffles.Hotel doesn't launder bathrobes between guests. Mine had several hairs in it.

Nice hotel. A little dated but looks refurbished. Good location for business in Ontario. Staff is very friendly.

Terrible hotel for marriot to have name on . Trash everywhere, restaurant closed at 800, concierge lounge was a joke, then next morning they say I have to schedule airport shuttle 2 hours ahead, and only runs on the hour. Got me once, never again. I’ve stayed in courtyard and Fairfield’s w better amenities. I’m ambassador level w marriot and Sheraton is not up to speed on marriot qualities

You can tell this is a very old hotel. Even with it being a old hotel, it wasn’t super clean, which is obviously not great.The cleaning staff had actually left several of their cleaning supplies in the room shown by the pictures.The shower had almost no water pressure, so taking a shower wasn’t that great either!There were cobwebs all throughout the room. So all in all this was just not a great place to stay if I ever come back to Ontario this will not be the place I’m staying.
