Bone Broth Vietnamese Pho Cuisine

Great atmosphere, food, and service! Came in after a rainy day and enjoyed the Seafood Pho. Then I spaced out to the TV shows playing Batman and Power Rangers. It was actually pretty cool. Service was awesome overall!

I have frequently visited several Vietnamese restaurants throughout Orange County California and have been very satisfied. It was my first time eating at one in the Inland Empire. I have been feeling under the weather so I came here and started with the bone broth soup, then the filet Mignon with white rice, salad, and papaya smoothie. The food and service was excellent. As soon as I sat down I was greeted and the order was taken. The tables were cleaned. The food came in steaming hot and it was delicious. I didn't have to wait for too long. You could check in the Yelp app., I heard that it can get very busy and sometimes there are long wait times.Parking: Since it is close to Ontario Mills, there is plenty of free parking spaces.

The waiter was very nice. We only ordered a bowl of Ontario combination pho and spring roll, but the waiter later gave us another bowl and said it was free. We were really embarrassed. We tipped well! The food is delicious too! The chili oil sauce is great!

AESTHETIC is the priority, NOT the food.So Bone and Broth is the type of place that falls under standard trendy , it 's trying too hard and honestly it doesn 't understand the assignment. The service is really sucky, you have to wait outside and aren 't allowed in until their check-in system tells you, I mean you 're not even let in the door. Um, this isn 't five star dining, they need to chill. Also, we didn 't have the same wait staff, it was a free for all which ultimately led to poor table service. We were asked if we were ready to order without even getting our drinks, huh? Now, the food was flavorful, I loved the pork and steak! However, the Bird 's Nest Dish was an absolute flop. The noodles never softened, and let 's just say they brought them out to me in a literal sense. I asked for crispy and they were hardly cooked. Also, some of the staff totally ignored my party. The place was busy but honestly there were some tables that were treated somewhat better. However, most of tables had no-show staff. I 'll give this place ONE more shot since the meat was great, but this place still needs ALOT of work.

Food was good, I really enjoyed my vegetarian Tofu Pho. They give you a choice of steamed or fried/crispy tofu. I chose fried and it was not soggy or oily. The broth was flavorful and portions were good. Only one in our party was dissatisfied with their dish, but not to the point that they wouldn’t try something else next time. So would come back and try something else. Service could be improved on. Our original server only came once and and we had to request a couple of things because we were not checked on.
