Walked past ad thought tgis was a butchers shop. Which it is. Wuth a diference. Choose your meat and they cook it for you. I had spare ribs and potatoes done in olive oil and rosemary. Exellent. Also more than reasonable priced. 2 meals. Bottle of water. Bottle of fanta . 10 €. Unbeatable

Antonio runs the best butcher shop for miles. He is used by all the top restaurants including the Michelin 3 starred Reale in Castel Di Sangro. If you want your beef well hung (unlike the locals) Antonio will do it for you. If you want a special type of cut, just ask. He is happy to learn new ideas and techniques, so if you have something really unusual he will research it and prepare it. He makes sausages to your order if you wish. For everyday quality, Romantino is excellent. You will be hard pushed though to find organic outdoor reared meat as there is no call for it in Guardiagrele and it is not economic for him to keep it. There is plenty of other produce to buy in the butcher from artisinal oil, pasta, lentils, cheese and salamis. He is almost a one stop shop of great quality.
