Despite the appearance of the restaurant, the kitchen offers homemade dishes very well made from fresh grilled vegetables! And the meat cooked and seasoned with dots. This explains the line to be able to sit.... Congratulations again!

Abundant and lodge! Friendly and fast staff! We stayed at a nearby hotel and accidentally found myself in their parking lot full of truckers, so we decided to dine at them! We were impressed by the value for money! If you don’t arrive soon, you’ll have to wait, because there is a row of customers waiting for a table!

We were staying at Hotel Nord and with a storm coming didn't fancy going into Piacenza. I googled the area and this is the only restaurant that had good ratings other than it was a truckie stop so had rustic clients. Hubby and I bit the bullet and I'm glad we did. Our food was just like we would have at home, the white wine carafe was really nice and service was good. Only downside English isn't strong htere and no wifi to translate the menu, our waiter had some English but after googling when we got back I would have ordered other things. Love that you can look at the veges/salad and choose what you want, they serve it for you which is great as it means other diners aren't contaminating food. Keen to go back. We were going to have dessert but we were full. If you are in the area and looking for a good home cooked meal ignore the truckie comments and go there.
