The hosts where pretty annoying, they stayed next to the tavle until we ordered, so no relax checking out the menu The small appetisers we ordered was great but then.. The tradicional 'suggestion of the chef ' or actually there sushi platter was a big disappointment. You saw people working in the kitchen but.. Nothing tasted fresh! The sushi rolls looked and tasted old.. We would not go back

The quality of all the food is very good, however, I think the menu and the way to order the food could be better. For example, the quantities for both the hot and cold plates should be all set to 4, for example, 4 tempuras should be added everytime tempura is asked for. When a client asks for 2 plates of tempura, then they shall receive 8 pieces of tempura. This is an example that could be applied to sushi aswell, except for example Akai maki, because it's a very elaborate piece, should be set to 2 units per serving. The plates of sushi should also be numbered, like the hot plates, this could aid in communication between the customer and the employees. It is also faster to write down the plate number, instead of the name. With this, the customer could also be given the task of writing down the numbers of each desired plate by having post-its and a pen on the table permanently, then the employee would just be required to take in the paper with the orders. All in all it was a good restaurant with very delicious food.
