Centro Bharati - Guanajuato

The food is pretty good at Centro Bharati and the vibe is nice -- very earthy/spiritual and bohemian.

No soy vegetariano. No pude terminar nada de lo que me sirvieron, ya que el sabor para mí era realmente malo. Quizás para alguien vegetariano la experiencia no sea tan mala.

This is a pure vegetarian restaurant and do not expect any alcohol.I had dinner on a week night and there was nothing Indian about it. The set menu included a soup which was ok, some spaghetti, a delicious vegetarian dish(vegetable and potato but definitely not Indian) and a dessert, some bread and a complimentary drink which had no real flavor. The staff was friendly and accommodating and even tried to help me with a taxi as I wanted to get to Leon airport the following morning. The service was a tad slow.This is part of a hostel which is upstairs. As one reviewer pointed out that the Indian menu is available is only available on the weekends which was not mentioned by the staff and as another pointed out that it is Indian inspired fusion cuisine which I think it was, good enough once you've had too much of the Mexican stuff and are tired of the tacos!

Pedimos hamburguesas vegetarianas y pizza vegetariana.. y pues el sabor nada del otro mundo.. las hamburguesas no tenian sazon y la pizza todos los ingredientes estaban crudos y no se integraban.

Las cuatro veces que he ido a Guanajuato siempre me hospedo ahí. Un Lugar muy tranquilo, acogedor y barato. Lo que mas me gusta es que cuando estas en tu cuarto puedes escuchar la fuente de abajo y la música de fondo que usan para las clases de yoga. Súper recomendado.
