Watch as Mexican women actually make the food you order. Good fare and an interesting ambience. You seldom are afforded the opportunity to see the preparation of food and it sorta increases the appetite and desire to savor what you see.

This is a restaurant with delicious food, but with lousy service. I had come previously to this establishment on a weekend, but I had not realized how terrible the service is. Maybe because on weekends there are enough waiters for all the people coming in...and they have available all the dishes on the menu; but during the week, there are only a couple of waiters and the kitchen doesn't seem to have enough ingredients for all the dishes they advertise in their menu. I came with my family for a celebration, and from the menu they barely had of the dishes available. Pros: The food is very good, they present a selection of typical food from Tlaxcala. The beverage selection is traditional. They have an extensive playground area where children and pets can play. The atmosphere is family friendly and quite casual. It has ample parking. Cons: During the week the menu offer is very limited, as they don't have all the ingredients for all the dishes they offer. The waiter service is friendly, but very reduced. Suggestions: Go on a weekend so you won't be disappointed.

The standard of food was excellent. Everything we tried was delicious. The service was excellent too.

Service was attentive. Setting very nice. Nothing special about the food, for example, the queso fundido was plain and expensive.
