Piggy Back - Guadalajara

We were stopping at a hotel nearby and found this restaurant was close to us. It's a beautiful, light and well decorated room with a strong concept. We both had coffee and orange juice then two different breakfasts both delicious and filling. I then had a cinnamon roll which was equally fantastic. Our waitress was very friendly and we were served very professionally and quickly. The whole place seemed to be run this way and is a total credit to the owner

I ordered some chilaquiles, very tasty. but you can't leave without trying the frosting roles and the feancesan press coffee.

Went to “Piggy Back” for the first time last Friday. Had breakfast there; I had some type of shredded beef dish. On top of the service being terrible and the server being passive aggressive, the main item on the plate that was served to me (shredded beef) was very dry. The “Shredded Beef” was so dry that the beef was clumping up into small balls of dehydrated meat. Im not positive that I will return. Although, the lattes are made well.

Amazing breakfast and a lovely place! Staff is so sweet as well! The coffee was really enjoyable and good. The food was absolutely delicious! Prices can be considered as high but fair. You must try!

This place is a must visit! Cafe Olla and chilaquiles are delicious. Cinnamon roll is solid. Staff is super friendly and the vibe is unique. It can get crowded during the weekend but the wait usually isn’t too bad even when busy.
