El Bazar - Guadalajara

This restaurant is popular for pizza and pastas, but they also prepare salmon perfect. I ordered the salmon with lemon and it was great. a friend ordered another style with others seasoning and enjoying it.

It is the best place for an breakfast, good espresso coffee, delicious omelette (option 4 of the menu) very nice taste, good environmental music, will return tomorrow.

We were looking for a place to have pizza on a Sunday night while we visited guadaljara, as many pizza restaurants are closed. we found el bazar and were welcomed by the employees. we wanted to eat outside. pizzas were 99 pesos for a big one. we chose two pfefferonis and a Hawaiian pizza. the food came hot and tasty. the three pizzas were enough to fill four adults. the restaurant is connected to an art gallery, which makes the street quite unique. this is a great place to enjoy pizza at any time.

Because this restaurant is often less crowded than its next door neighbour cafe libertad itself and a friend went to breakfast a Sunday morning. the fact that it was empty, while the next door broke, something should have told us. the service was fast as we. the only customers were, and friendly.
