Bruna - Guadalajara

Acabo de terminar un almuerzo/tarde de sábado en Bruna. ¡La calidad de la comida fue maravillosa, pero el servicio fue lo que nos mantuvo toda la tarde! ¡Lo recomiendo a todos los que busquen pasar la tarde al aire libre disfrutando de la buena comida, el buen clima y el encantador servicio!

El lugar es hermoso por dentro, ¡si vas durante el día ve a la terraza! La presentación de los platos es increíble y bonita. El sabor es bueno pero nada especial, esperaba más debido al precio que estás pagando.

Encontramos este lugar porque era tarde y acabábamos de llegar a la ciudad después de un vuelo retrasado, este lugar es increíble y el servicio es excelente. Pedimos un carpaccio y mole de pato, los platos son bastante generosos, perfectos para compartir. Nos encantó la atmósfera y sin duda volveremos. ¡Felicidades, uno de los mejores lugares en México!

Great experience. We got there without a reservation, kind of last minute plan, but got sat in the inside section right away. We asked for a table at the patio and as soon as a table was available there were 2 staff members helping us move. Outside you can see a beautiful garden, with a fountain in the middle that really adds a misty touch (literally) to the environment. Music on point although I wished the playlist would have varied more, some contemporary tunes maybe. And then the food. Timing on point! first course was a tuna carpaccio. I had never eaten that with corn sprouts, very well balanced, not too acid which I really appreciate. First course was the catch of the day and could not have asked for anything better. Fresh out of the pan, creamy, well seasoned and very well presented. Could have been more surprised by a wider variety on the garnish but apart from that I give all kudos to this lovely place. There´s nothing but great things I can tell from Bruna! Creative dishes, gorgeous place, delicious food and great service. Definitely a place for a special occasion.
