The Upper Crust Pizzeria - gton

The pizza here is a thin style with a really nice crunchy crust. The lady who took my order was very nice and helpful. I don’t live in the area but come in for work often and always stop here to get a slice of pizza because it’s so good. Great pizza and good location. The tables may be could have been wiped down a little better, but it wasn’t really bad and they had just finished rush-hour. I will continue to come each time I’m in town for sure.

The pizza is consistently outstanding (and I’m from NJ). They really impressed us tonight when we were delivered the wrong pizza. We called and let them know, and without hesitation, they cooked and delivered the correct one, and comped us the wrong one Great service.

Pizza was cold and raw. They said 25 mins, I was there in 15 mins. It was waiting, cold and raw. The Indian guy doesn’t know how to cook pizza. They’re lazy. The over weight woman on her phone waited till she was done to ring me up. Their job isn’t hard and they still can do it well.

Questionable customer service.Food doesn't taste like food.Pepperoni with no taste.How is that possible?Pizza toppings not baked into pizza and FALLING off. Where is the pizza sauce? Where is the flavor? Bland tasting fake food. Brownie didn't taste as a brownie should. Chicken tenders were actually decent. Will not return. Don't bother coming here for pizza... Seriously ?

I've never had a pizza that wasn't raw in the center from this place. I've ordered 5 or 6 times from this place, asked for pizza to be well done.Never had a satisfactory experience from this location
