Not answering the phone when trying to place a order

Was on the road and stopped for some seafood after visiting Bylers market (Best ice cream) across the street. Upon entry, place was deserted. Checked fish case and ALL of it looked old and the case did not look clean. I then considered the shrimp but declined all of it. My aunt went ahead and ordered the shrimp and hush puppies. 7 fried shrimp and 4 or 5 HP $15. Shrimp were good but tasted like they were pre-made frozen shrimp you get from the frozen food section in the supermarket, hushpuppies were okay but still tasted like it was previously frozen as well. Idk if their phones don’t have good quality anymore and they can’t hear or what. I ordered again from them on the Friday before Mother’s Day via phone. I placed an order for 200ct middle neck clams. My dad picked them up for me since he was right there and immediately brought them over. We stuck them in the fridge for an hour and made appetizers.
