Contribuiți la feedbackMaybe I’m crazy. But I was disappointed how my situation was handle just an hour ago by an older woman. So I started my order with a younger man and ordered a “Medium ice coffee but in a large cup with extra ice”. He started to talk before this woman answered over him with “We can’t do that. We have to charge you for a large”. So I explained that all the other Tim Hortons has never charged me because I’m still getting a medium size amount of coffee with extra ice just in a large cup because you can’t put extra ice in the medium without losing coffee. She was pretty rude about it and goes “tHaTs JuSt HoW iT iS” so I let it go and just got the medium. I am now back to taking to the younger gentleman to finish my order.I pull up to the window and give him my phone so he can scan my points. Well for some reason it wasn’t working and I can tell he was getting nervous so I gave him a smile. All of a sudden this woman comes out of no where AGAIN and takes the phone and try’s herself. She then tells me nothing she can do about it. And I knew there was nothing she could do about it but she wasn’t pleasant when she told me.End of story I just pay full to only all the Carmel at the bottom of my coffee, tasted like milk, and barely ANY ICE like I knew there would be, so my coffee got warm really quickly. The younger man was more respectful than the older woman.
The women’s at the drive through window are very rude. When I explained what happened to the manger, she wasn’t even apologetic . Her response was, may be they were busy. Really?! Your employees might benefit from a basic customer service training:
Menu broken. However, the drive-through attendant kindly suggested menu items. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant and an oreo iced cap. Sadly, my iced cap had no oreo! All in all, it was a decent trip.
Great customer service!Dietary restrictions: DF: They have oat and almond milk.
Unfortunately, I went here today and I noticed the employe wearing one glove and touching the sandwiches with the other hand and not wearing gloves. The young workers who I have seen at the counter have always been friendly, but I am disappointed that they are not following basic food safety procedures here. compared to other franchises the prices here are also higher. Despite this, being my closes Tim Hortons, I will pass and frequent the Orchard Lake one.0
