Vola’s Dockside Grill And Hi-tide Lounge

This was a hard rating we sat outside our server was not very good however the young lady that fills the water on the table was excellent so I tipped her. My dog loved the food and the food selection Kid-friendliness: The children’s menu portions were amazing

Our main objective was to eat in view of the water for a family birthday celebration. The food definitely exceeded expectations, and the service was great. Main drawback was it was so loud, which is to be expected I guess. Overall, very good!!!

The food and environment was very good. We had a party of 11 and tried just about everything on the menu. I had the herb crusted rockfish and coconut shrimp as appetizer. The drinks were good. The only 1 star I would give is the restroom situation. And being able to walk out to the dock area afterwards was great.

This is typically one of our go to favorite restaurants. The food and service is usually good My advice is stay away on weekends when Old Town is packed with people. We had a 1:30 reservation arrived a few minutes early and were seated (great start) but they were under staffed. Our waitress came to our table with water at 1:40 we ordered everything at once kept it simple salad and crab cake sandwich. By 2:10 I finally got the managers attention. He apologized and our food came right out. My crab cake was not hot but at that point we were so hungry I didn't send it back. He offered a glass of wine to make up for it but instead of getting it quickly it was another 10 minutes for the server to bring it to the table. The delay and misstep in lack of concern just wasn't handled properly. We paid the bill and left.
