Wheatfields Restaurant And Bar Restaurant In Saratoga Spr

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Our server was delightful and the food was excellent, especially the lasagna and chicken parmigiana. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in Saratoga!

The service was horrible and the food temperature was inconsistent after waiting for over an hour. Some dishes were hot while others were cold. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning.

The service at this restaurant was the main issue during our visit. My party of two ordered salads as appetizers, but our main dishes arrived before the salads, so we sent them back. The salads then came out one at a time, with a considerable wait in between. I finally received my salad and ordered a glass of red wine. As we finished our salads, the mains were brought out by a host or manager who had to maneuver around our table since no one had cleared our appetizer plates. We had to help identify which dishes belonged to whom before they were placed on the table. I had to stop eating my main dish halfway through as my wine had still not been served. Eventually, a white wine was brought out mistakenly and promptly sent back. After a few more minutes, the correct red wine was finally delivered. Meanwhile, another table of eight across from us received their drinks one or two at a time, resulting in multiple trips to the bar. The table of twelve to my right also experienced delays in receiving their drinks. The table of eight to my right even got their appetizers before their drinks. When their mains arrived, the server who took their order was confused about who ordered what. The food itself was satisfactory and portions were generous, but the disappointing service has deterred me from wanting to return to this establishment.

It was an exceptional experience. From the hostess, bar tenders to wait staff everyone was extremely friendly and professional. We will definitely return.

Good food and good service. The restaurant was busy but waitress was attentive.
