Longhorn Steakhouse - Grovetown

My steak was not cooked the way that I wanted. When I finally got my steak, my wife and our friend were through eating. I brought mine home and talked to the Manager about it. We were at The Longhorns on Washington Rd. There is another one Evans that has great service!

I have always had good experiences at LongHorn restaurants. Tonight, our server came to us and explained that two of our orders would be delayed because the manager determined our dishes to be over cooked. A few minutes later, the manager on duty came and explained the situation and stated that he didn’t want our food to be over cooked and would fix the issue. 5 minutes later, we received our food and it was delicious. This was a curbside order. Bacon was burnt on 1st try. Waited 15 minutes for more bacon. Went inside and manager offered 2 completely new entrees. We ordered baked potatoes, but ended up with fries for some reason. We were there for nearly an hour for a curbside order. They were understaffed, but it should not have been this bad still.
