Chick-fil-a - Grovetown

I want to start by saying that I am a Chick-fil-A platinum member, which means I eat at Chick-fil-A very often. However, I will not be returning to this location again. When my food was not ready, the employee asked me to pull forward in the drive-thru. I explained that I did not want to because I had been forgotten about the last two times I did so. Instead of addressing my concerns, the employee threatened to call the police on me for apparently causing a "fire hazard" by waiting in the drive-thru. I asked to speak to the manager, who also did not handle the situation well. By the time they finished arguing with me to pull forward, my food was ready and sitting on the counter. They were also out of lemons, the grilled chicken was tough, and they did not provide utensils. There were plenty of employees working that day, so there was no excuse for the poor service. The lack of management and leadership at this location is a problem, as well as the poor customer service. It is not the quality I expect from Chick-fil-A.

I have never been disappointed by Chick-fil-A in Grovetown! It's my guilty pleasure for lunch once or twice a month. I always order the Spicy Chick-fil-A Deluxe with waffle fries and a Coke. The service is excellent and quick, even when there are lines, and the restaurant is always clean. Highly recommended!

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. I had an issue with my delivery from DoorDash, so I called to inquire about my order. The manager was able to resolve the problem, even though it was not their error. The staff at Chick-fil-a remained polite and patient throughout the process. Additionally, the food was as delicious as always.

I like this location! The staff was nice. The way they built this location is better than most. It?s very clear where to go and I like that. The food was good and very fresh!

I ordered a salad and only got chicken and lettuce?. didn?t even get the dressing i ordered, no straws. my bf ordered mac and cheese that means we get two forks but only got one . mac and cheese was gross. like come on
