Whataburger - Groves

I ordered a large Whataburger meal with a Sprite, but I ended up with a medium fry and a medium drink that tasted like water mixed with vinegar, which made me gag. My recent visits to this Whataburger have been similarly disappointing, with consistent order mistakes and food and drinks that seem stale. I don't know if they have a new night crew or what, but I definitely won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

The girl working the drive thru was really nice and put my order in correctly as you can see on the receipt. so i don?t blame her, but i asked for no mustard 2 times. i am allergic to mustard. this burger was the only thing i ordered, so simple. i?mhangry and sick and i might cry thanks whataburger <3

I'm not sure what's happened recently, but the wait time for food has been terrible over the past few months. No matter the size of my order, whether it's small or large, I consistently wait at least 30 to 40 minutes.

This restaurant has really declined lately. I visited today and ended up waiting 20 minutes for two orders of biscuits and gravy before deciding to ask for a refund and leave. There was only one other family in the entire place, and the manager didn't apologize at all when processing our refund. It's disappointing because this used to be our favorite breakfast spot on the weekends.
