Divine Thai - Grover Beach

The food at this restaurant was delicious, especially the yellow curry which was some of the best we've ever had. The basil Thai rice was also a favorite of mine. I highly recommend this place and we ended up eating there twice during our visit to the area.

Stopped In for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Only one table had people seated. We ended up seating ourselves after waiting 5 minutes at the door. The service is a bit different. You sit down, wait for a menu, then go up to the register to order your food. The food does get brought to the table though. Maybe they 're short staffed not sure Pad Thai was to light in flavor and way to sweet. Couldn 't finish it even after trying to sauce it up with what sauces they had. They red curry was good can 't go wrong with red curry. The beef noodle soup pho was super sweet. To sweet.

Dine-In option available for dinner. Expect to spend between $10 and $20 per person. Finding parking can be a bit challenging, but there is free street parking available.

I placed an order tonight on DoorDash for a yellow curry and it didn 't specify if it came with rice or not, so I called the restaurant before i hit the order button to ask if it came with rice or not and they said yes the curries all come with rice. so i got to the restaurant to pick up the order and they didn 't give me rice, i pointed this out when they handed it to me and they said if you order on doordash it does not come with rice. That makes absolutely no sense at all and would have been good to know when i called and asked before i placed my order.

This restaurant used to be a favorite of mine for a while. However, I have been disappointed recently as the service has significantly declined (inconsistent water refills and slow bill times). The food is still good, so I can't complain about that. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 3.
