Kfc - Groveland

Walked in at 830pm and was told they were out of fries ok no worries and also out of chicken because it was so close to closing time. Ummm I am pretty sure you don’t close till 10:00. I don’t think an hour and half is close to closing time. It’s always something with this location.

Was told I needed to wait 18 mins for chicken to be done. Ended up waiting almost double that. Food wasn't the greatest either.

Went through the drive through and they told me there would be a 6min wait for Crispy wings. I told them I'd wait. After waiting, they gave me original wings and the wrong drink.

I ordered food at 9:57pm on DoorDash they close at 10:30pm and my driver called and said he was told by some kids working that they’re not making that order and that they are canceling it and to cancel it gave no reason at all even on door dash it says I can order up until 10pm so we drive there and there whole restaurant is closed lights off at 10:27pm I took a whole picture and showed the time for proof. So disrespectful

I ordered food through the app, paid for it, and drove all the way to the store just for them to tell me they didn't have chicken, fries, or sandwiches.
