The food is always good, mashed potatoes had been sitting a while, brisket was good and so was the burnt ends and ribs.

I never take time to leave a bad review normally I just would quietly never go back, but I felt that it was important that the public know that they suddenly have a new policy. A few months ago, we had ordered some meals with a bunch of sides and when wegot home with our pickup order we discovered they only gave us one of the two bags, which had only a couple of our items. It wasaround a $50 order we got less than $15 of that!! Calmly I called and explained and the person who took my call seemedinterested in making things right. She took my name and wrote it in her book and said WHENEVER I was ready they would remake myorder on the house and that they would even throw in a free dessert! Seems really nice, right? In the same call, I specificallyasked how long that offer would be good for and she stated that it was in her book and that because she was management it wouldbe honored. I even mentioned it could be a while, maybe a few months because my son was coming to visit and he would enjoy bbq.She said, sure no problem, I've got your name and order in my book, just call when ready. Today I called hoping to ask for themto honor their promise. They informed me that they wouldn't keep their promise after a week. So we are out a meal, the money andmost of all... our trust.

I was stuck in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes due to a truck blocking the exit. Despite knocking on the window and honking, there was no one working. After calling the store, it took 5 minutes for someone to come and tell the truck to move. They then told me to go inside to order, but I refused since I had already waited for 30 minutes. I left and called the store again to speak to a manager, but they initially claimed there was no manager available. Eventually, a man came on the phone and offered no apology for the poor service. I expressed my frustration and he abruptly hung up on me. This was the worst service I have ever received and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Today, the restaurant was not very busy when I arrived and the service was fast. The food was tasty, but slightly more expensive than I expected for just a slider and a small mac and cheese. Prices seem to have gone up overall.

I tried Dickeys BBQ for the first time and was blown away by their fantastic and delicious food. The ribs and brisket were fresh, perfectly cooked, and tender. Even the creamed spinach, which I usually don't like, was mouthwatering - I ended up finishing the whole container. The coleslaw, BBQ baked beans, and mashed potato bake were also great. I can't wait to return to Fayetteville to dine here again. Simply amazing.
