Waffle House - Grove City

Cook was more interested in his phone than preparing orders.Waitress was too busy flirting with customer to be bothered to take our orders. Other orders were prepared and delivered before ours even though we were there and ordered first.Waitress took my coffee cup for a refill and never brought it back. Toast was soggy and we weren't offered any jelly.

Not much to say. Our server was awesome! The food, not so much. Everything just tasted very greasy and gritty. Tried the Biscuits and gravy, never again. The biscuit was soaked in butter and the gravy was more like soup extremely thin). I used to love the waffle House, but this time was my last visit. Went to McDonald's afterwards to get the bad taste out of my mouth. :

I recently got an order to go. Hashbrowns and 2 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. Went to work and the sandwiches were dreadfulThey had put pickles in the sandwiches and wrapped up... made them absolutely sickening to eat, I had to throw them away. $15 down the drain, and even worse. I called to report this and you are able to get a person in the store. Keep getting a message to go online to place a go order.... no way to communicate with them at all!!!!So much for customer service, and I visit that location 4 times a week.

Went to the waffle house after her birthday celebration, but there are two older ladies that come to that waffle house apparently every Friday night they were so sweet and entertaining. Well we were there entertainment. My waitress knocked the water over and brought me a rag. I had to clean it up myself besides that everything was fine.

Jazmine was actually the best waitress ive ever had anywhere, not overreacting when i say she was on it. Extremely nice and fast at her job and basically ran the store, if i ever come back im asking for jazmine.
