I cannot stand marinara sauce and I ordered it with garlic butter sauce and they put marinara on it instead. I ordered from here before but the pizza got here so late and they didn?t give me my Pepsi. I decided to try it again today because the pizza wasn?t bad besides the fact it was super cold and the restaurant still managed to mess something up but this time it was not even edible. The sauce was disgusting and way too sweet besides the fact it?s not even what I ordered. I will not be ordering from here again. The food has so much potential but that?s completely out the window when the restaurant can?t get the orders right.
I ordered a few pizzas online on a Monday night at 8:00 and was told it would take about an hour to deliver. One hour and a half later the pizzas did not show up and I had friends waiting to eat. I tried to call, but the whole phone said we were closed. I called the next morning to ask for a refund of $50 for my 2 pizzas and became the manager after 4, so call back later. I called later and the manager wasn't there, so the girl took my information and gave it to the manager. 3 days later and I still got no refund or a call, so I called back. The same girl answered and apologized and said she would talk to the manager later. One month is over and still no refund or phone call. Definitely not eat from here again. This is not the fault of anyone except the managers who are supposed to treat the refunds and who closed on Monday at 8 a.m., but their online order portal has not turned off. It's ridiculous that I have to wait for a refund.
I called the store got connected to a girl that sounded less than happy in life to place my order. 1 I got the wrong crust. 2 I asked for half mush the pie was full mushroom. And 3 I paid for 3 extra side's of marinara sauce and only got 1! I hate to be a male Karen but c'mon this is on a Tuesday!!
Decided to try something different tonight for pizza. Ordered a half and half pizza. Of course my half was the pepperoni and mushrooms. The mushrooms were minuscule and the old world pepperoni tasted very dry with little flavor. The cheese was a Wisconsin blend which lacked any real flavor. On to the crust which was had a very light crispness to it, good flavor. On to the sauce which was a blend of sweet California tomatoes which was very tasty. A lot of much better pizza in Central Ohio.
UPDATE: I won't be going back. Their customer service is horrendous. A pizza was missed on my order and when I called to have it replaced the manager was rude and clearly didn't care, just told me to get a refund. When I told him I just wanted the pizza, he was a snothead and told me he'd remake it but I'd have to pick it up in a real condescending tone. The food is good but it's not worth the terrible service. Original: I'm torn. I've been hesitant to leave a review because their pizza is hands down my favorite, ordered every other week for the past 6 months. When it's good, it's good. But here's their issue: consistency. Some nights we have perfect service. Food's done right, delivered on time, good service. Tastes AMAZING. Capone sauce, good. Wings, good. Pizza, best. But when it's wrong, I mean it's half raw. Wrong toppings on a simple order. NOT DELIVERED because they scheduled one driver, who called out sick, and didn't think to notify until 20 mins after our order was supposed to be delivered, and told us to come pick it up. No comp no replacement. ?? Look it's rough right now, I get it. But the inconsistency is it for me, you guys gotta get it together. I'm ready to stop ordering over it.
