Fazoli's - Grove City

Mandy is absolutely amazing! She handled our catering order flawlessly and even went the extra mile to deliver the food for us. The entire staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and we can't thank them enough for their hard work.

I took my grandpa to this restaurant two weeks before he passed away. It was clear that he wasn't feeling well. When he asked the woman there for more sauce for his noodles, her exact response was, "No, it's fine." I was very disappointed.

I really find it hard to dislike this restaurant. I've visited several Fazoli's locations, and they often leave much to be desired. However, this one is exceptional. I haven't had a bad meal here in nearly two years, and everything always tastes fresh. The staff in the front of the house are friendly and welcoming.

Stopped in the Grove City Fazoli's this evening. Sparkling clean, including the ladies room. Friendly hard working staff. Food was hot, fresh, delicious. Love that they actually have real plates silverware. Highly recommend! Give this Fazoli's try!

On my last visit I ordered on the mobile app came through the drive-thru told them that I had a mobile order gave them my name came around to pick up my order the young lady that I encountered at the drive-thru window was extremely rude very pushy unfriendly. She literally shoved my bag of food at me didn't greet me didn't say nothing definitely could tell she did not like her job! But overall good was warm and overall tasted delicious still recommend this location.
