Cold Stone Creamery - Grove City

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff were not friendly at all, and when we got our ice cream, it was all melted and watery! Definitely not worth the money I spent.

During my visit, the restaurant was not busy, and I received a warm greeting right away. I was thrilled to discover a new dairy-free option: Silk Chocolate Almondmilk, especially since the only alternative before was lemon sorbet. I truly appreciate the consideration for those of us who are lactose intolerant. The place was clean and filled with the delightful aroma of freshly made waffle cones. However, I was a bit disappointed when I ordered strawberries as a mix-in. Instead of getting a fresh container, the server opted to scrape the bottom of the old one, providing only a tiny amount. Given the price, I would have expected a generous serving of the topping.

I visited this location yesterday and won't be returning. We waited patiently in line, only to have one of the employees sigh, roll her eyes, and complain about taking our order because she was overwhelmed with how many she'd handled that day. Our order had to be repeated multiple times. The milkshake we received was mostly just milk. To make matters worse, we tried to pay with gift cards, but the worker insisted there was no balance on them, so we ended up paying another way. Once we got to the car and checked the balances, we found that both gift cards were full, indicating that she was clearly mistaken. To top it all off, when we got home, we discovered that one of our quarts of ice cream was only two-thirds full. We spent $50 on ice cream and this is how we were treated?

I Have personally never had anything from here but I went tonight to pick up a to go order was told they're running behind even though there was only 2 people in the store and the 3 kids behind the counter We're doing nothing but basically gossiping and chit chatting and laughing when I stood there forever just to even get their attention I finally looked up again and one of the young ladies was licking The ice cream from an order she was making off of her hands then proceeded to walk over and start making more orders

This yung lad named kennedy is one of the sweetest employees i have ever met. i come in every friday to conversate with her and get ice cream. she never fails to serve cold and fresh ice cream.
