Charley's Philly Steaks - Grove City

I just wish they understood my order a little better, they didn't pay my green paprika on my sub, and I had to tell them that they took my banana pepper out of the sub and cook it and put it on my sub! I thought the green peppers were under the melted cheese, but it wasn't, but I was already home and was ready to eat! I didn't call there and tell them, but next time I'm gonna make sure I look at my underwear so that my stuff will take care of them! I also wish they wear A-1 sauce this location, went to the Polaris Mall over then weekend and got the same sub and this site had A-1? That made me visit the delicacies because the one in the Polaris Mall was perfect on the spot with there under Fritten!

Food is good, service is good, but who has decided to replace all the arcs with these cool white 6500k lights is out of their mind. The lighting here is hard and creates an immediate headache. Take it away!

I was there on Thursday, July 1st and the team of the people who worked there was so incredibly polite!! They offered to carry out orders for people and even wipe their feet on the carpet when they entered! The food was stellar and the staff are exceptional! They were so nice to us and I wish more restaurants had such employees! I love you! Thank you for such a good service!
