I went there several times and it's always a great experience! this is one of the first visits when I go back to italia. sitting at the bolsenas sea level, drinking a beer and watching the sunset, is an incredible unique experience....Maybe one of the best oven pizzas I tasted in italia! strongly recommended for all except sanky youngs.

A genuine cuisine, traditional dishes and well cooked. we took a mixed appetizer of sea and a lake fish with contour of chicory, recommended!

Everyone can say what he wants on the staff waiting room food time and what else. I am a birthplace but transferred elsewhere. from time to time and more it became a very special place.

Simple local and spartan, but it turns out beautiful and particular in its kind. fresh fish, cooked excellently and well presented. Very special menu, mixed appetizers of rich and well cooked sea, both warm and cold, excellent raw. first original, they were taken a small spaghetti with red shrimp and lime and one with cuts of anchovies and burrata, but the upper part was reached with the Rombo cooked in the wood oven, never eaten before, excellent fish skin that becomes crisp and tasty. to finish the desserts that are at the level of the previous dishes, we took the tiramisu and cream cooked with berries. I can't judge the price as I was invited. good francesco continues so, it is definitely your gastronomic reference point of the bolsena lake
