Rise - Groton

Stopped for breakfast at this small hippie-dippy cafe. My partner and I ordered french toast, pancakes, eggs, iced tea. The cafe itself was charming: coffee was help-yourself. Pancakes were perfectly cooked, not the rubbery things one sometimes getsat diners. The french toast was presented beautifully and as tasty as the presentation promised. Scrambled eggs perfectlycooked as well. The waiters were helpful, polite, kind. The locals are lucky to have this place; for out-of-towners this is abreakfast must-stop.

Small, but quaint restaurant. Self serve coffee station was nice. The Chahalla french toast with strawberries and bananas was yummy! Fruit was very fresh. The eggs benedict was good, the hollandaise sauce had a little to eggy taste for my liking. Staffis super friendly.

So a firm place to think about breakfast and honestly still about breakfast sandwich I got!!! if they are looking for a flat white or some kind of fantasy coffee with alternative milk, then this is not the place for them. they get to pick up their own coffee cups and use them coffee, I think the only milk option was heavy cream). I got the italia kreakfast sandwich without the sausage because I am a veggie) and it was fantastic I thought that brot would be more of a deli roll, but it was so good). we also got a pancake and my gott was good, I would say better than kitchen littles pancakes.

The seat was a bit tense when we came, but the service and the food were fabulous. I had a omelet with several fillers, my man tried the erdnussbutter, ei and speck. breakfast sandwich and said it was really good. our grandson had a buttermilk pancake and it was a generous size, so if they want a pancake, but not a stack, you're just perfect. I recommend this place for eating.

Probably the best avocado toast I've ever had! I added the tomats and 2 rührei. the tomato and avocado were so fresh. a sweet little caffe. they love their own coffee with unique tassen. very friendly staff! can have to do quickly, so their names on the list and go around and enjoy mystic until they write their table is ready. it's worth waiting!
