I love their food. Everything I've tried has been great. The one thing in my opinion they could improve on is when they give an eta for a delivery order and it ends up being over an hour and a half longer than they tell you they should simply give you a call. I ordered Pasta with Garlic Sauce. That is exactly how it is described on their menu, no more, no less. I was picturing pasta, probably spaghettI, with olive oil and lots of garlic. I also asked for broccoli in the pasta. What I received was meat filled tortellini with lots of tomato chunks and a kind of pesto-ish sauce that was made from minuscule bits of soggy broccolI. Adding insult to injury, the tortellini wasn't cooked all the way--it was actually hard, and weirdly dry around the edges as if it had been sitting cooked but uncovered a a long time. Inedible. Also, I don't eat meat! All the other pastas on their menu are described as having red sauce or Alfredo sauce. I just assumed that since the pasta I wanted had no mention of red sauce or anything else it was just pasta with garlic sauce. Come on, nobody orders pasta and expects to get tortellinI. Nobody orders anything and expects it to be undercooked and completely different than the description. So dissatisfied. And annoyed.
