Dunkin' - Groton

Terrible behavior from staff. Richelle the staff member was at the counter completing some work papers and would not greet me and or reflect I was there. I waited till she was available and asked if a seasonal flavor was available in which she looked over replied no firmly and that was it. I knew any other interaction would this person would not be pleasant so I refused to purchase anything and left.No wonder this donut station is empty.I will be writting to corperate because this type of behavior is unacceptable and rude.

No one at counter. Had to wait for him to come back from outside. Poor service

When the other Dunkin' is full I usually come here before I go to work. This is the 3rd time they messed up on my order. I ask for hot, they give me cold. I ask for food, they forget. They say they thought they heard this but I know I specifically said what I said and even the receipt says it. They need new workers.

I got the Mango Pineapple with Lemonade which was great! Now the Peach Passionfruit with Lemonade? I haven't have Dunkin' in awhile, but the Peach refresher tasted like it was made with grapefruit, it was strange? I'll try to get the Peach ? refreshers from another DD soon for comparison.

Dunkin Donuts the series was definitely great every morning I was going there they knew exactly what I wanted and they will wake you up with a couple of the jokes that make me feel like home keep up the good work
