The exceptional care I received at Burrswood has renewed my faith in healthcare services. It truly stands out from any other institution I've experienced, serving as a model of excellence. The medical care was not only thoughtfully organized and highly efficient, but the communication among all staff—ranging from medical professionals to friendly support staff, receptionists, and therapists—was fantastic. I left feeling well cared for, on the mend, and at ease. After years of poor treatment and healthcare, I am on the path to a full recovery. It was a delight to be there, and I look forward to returning for a rejuvenating retreat.

As a charitable organization, Burrswood has access to a Care Guarantee Fund, which allows individuals to apply for financial assistance with their fees. Additionally, Burrswood offers regular healing services, a guest house, tearooms, a gift shop, and a Christian bookstore. Founded in 1948 by Dorothy Kerin, who established her healing ministry, Burrswood marked its diamond jubilee in 2008 with a special memorial service held at Rochester Cathedral.

A place of calm and serenity. Beautiful well maintained grounds. A place to meditate and bath in creation. Excellent cafe serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and sandwiches. All cooked using local produce where possible.
