Unfortunately, it was the worst experience in a restaurant. The service was extremely slow, it took almost three hours to serve three dishes. I had to call the nanny to extend the agreed time. Regarding the food, entrance, and soup was okay, nothing in special but not bad either. The main dish was a disaster, one little piece of meat (reindeer). When I looked at first, I was disappointed, but when I ate it I was glad. It wasn't tasty at all. The other meat (hare), it is better not to describe it. One day after came the unbelievable and unacceptable act from the restaurant administration. They sent an email asking my wife to do a review. She was kind giving an unrealistic 7 out of 10 and made a constructive polite remark. Someone from the restaurant called and shouted on her as she was lying that we waited for that much. It is a place to NEVER come back.

The food was wonderful, but the only thing better than the food was the staff. Thanks for the great evening!
