Mcdonald's - Groningen

We had to wait over 20 minutes for our order! Their excuse was that they have so many coffees to make and only ONE coffee machine!!! When it finally arrived, my croissant was raw inside. The (ordered) butter was missing. After getting some butter, it was not spreadable, as it was frozen. The wholewheat pancakes were cold and tasted like cardboard. I was unhappy and hungry when I left. Hopefully not to be repeated again!g c⁸

I've accepted delivering around 10 orders from this restaurant, not once have I had the patience of waiting 40 minutes for them to bring the customer's bag, declined all of them. Funny how there can be so many people and not one of them ever took the initiative of pouring a Sprite and grabbing the nuggets from the counter.

Beautiful, well-sized McDonald's restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, which is beautiful, although caution due to the pigeons and gulls who want a piece of action. The staff is nice, the food is delicious and is a walk from public transport to the city.

They have become better, but 99.9% of the time they forget a burger or give single instead of double at this point. Always check your order before you leave.

Managers and employees very helpful. Best McD I've ever seen it.
