An incredible dining experience at Harvey’s , made even better by their Service! The food was a delicious. Their attention to detail and genuine care for customers truly elevated our evening. The service was flawless, with attentive staff.

They took off fish from their menu why why !!! please add fish is your menu again !!!!

No way this place should still be in business. Saw a girl slap a buffalo chicken sandwich together so sloppy and disgusting, Girl even laughed with her friend as she slathered the bun with rest too much sauce. I felt sorry for the guy who had to pay for that at the drive thru.This place is also gross and unclean. Won't be coming to this location ever again.

I’m an American so maybe they do things differently in Canada but here’s my two cents.I’ve been to this location 3 times in the 5 months I’ve been staying here. First time in our order was adequate. Just what we wanted. Wasn’t wowed with ‘service’ or ‘atmosphere’ but it’s fast food and I’m not expecting much.Second time our order was wrong. They forgot the onion rings. It’s okay. I’ve worked fast food before and the person was clearly new. We drive back with receipt. Get our onion rings after exchanging our fries. Our food is cold at home but I can let it go.Third time, our order was wrong again. This time it’s no cheese on our burgers. This might be out of pocket but I love cheese. I haven’t uttered the word hamburger since I worked fast food myself. Just typing it makes me feel icky because who eats a burger without cheese unless you lactose. Even the lactose folk usually love cheese. After a 10 minute drive we show up again for our cheese. Order was rung up wrong so now we have to pay for the cheese that they forgot. Boyfriend runs out to car to get change because he didn’t bring wallet. It’s almost 2 dollars for cheese. Feels bad man. Our orders get remade right after returning the burgers. I’m starving. Vibes from the person talking to me were off. I feel like he thought I was lying about ordering cheeseburgers originally. Usually (America) fastfood places that charge you 20 dollars for two meals give you a small treat for being patient. Not this location.Overall; 2 out of the 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had issues with order takers/baggers. I’ve been to other Harvey’s in Burlington and we never have communication problems. This location’s food is delicious but if they get your order wrong don’t expect compassion.
