The man behind the bar spoke Dutch and made us feel welcome. However, the service was rude, curt, made no attempt to communicate, was very rude when clearing and paying. He asked if the food was good and when we indicated that we were not very satisfied he walked away laughing. The gentleman took my friend's debit card from his hands to arrange the payment. The food was expensive and not freshly prepared at all. Fries were cold. Coffee was not tasty. Toilets were dirty, toilet roll holders all broken. Towel roll holder also broken. Stairs dirty. The restaurant looks chic, but nothing could be further from the truth.

I must admit that the meat and sauce were good but the service was painful, expensive and in the end they made us pay 2 people for 2 steaks with chips, 2 sauces €4 each) and a bottle of entry level wine €104 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We arrived a bit by chance, following a concert which took place at 8:00 p.m. Arriving at 3:30 p.m., we did not hesitate to serve ourselves a succulent hamburger as well as exquisite veal meatballs which was very appreciated.
