My Chicken Braisé - Grigny

Half chicken ordered for 8pm I arrive he tells me more chicken he sold everything because he thought I wasn't coming. As by chance in front of me a person took four chickens.

The best braised chicken unmatched! I have tested others but I always come back to My chicken braised because the dishes are really great!! I never eat as good appetite as when I order at home!! I love it! Thanks for the quality of your kitchen, do not change anything especially, everything is perfect, rice, sauces (green sauce my favorite! , chicken of course, plantains neither too ripe, nor too green and perfectly cooked without being drowned in oil!!!
