Wheelchair accessibility: The pavement out front runs right on to the sidewalk. No steps no curb.

I love Aurelio's, but unfortunately this location does not share the same quality as the Illinois locations. I made three attempts here. Service was poor or non existent all three times. Won't be back.

If you want to be ignored while waiting for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant this is the place. Waitress helped a table that came after us. We just got up and left. Place went down hill will never return to this dump

Have gone here for the buffet for years, never had any issues! Food is really good.

Called not once but twice. The first time,I was greeted with Hello? Like I dialed wrong,I had to ask, ' is this Aurelio 's? ' The girl response was 'umm,yeah hold on, ' then she hung up.I redialed, wanting to speak to the manager,instead another girl answered,I explained what happened,so she instead asks her fellow employee if she answered and why she hung up? Really? I also asked if they delivered gave my address the response: Never heard of it... I was so fed up,I said I 'd order elsewhere if this is the service right from the get go I can only imagine what our order was going to be. This cost them a lot of money tonight.
