Contribuiți la feedbackI had the worst experience at this restaurant. I ordered online and arrived when the app indicated my order was ready, but there was a long line with about 30 people waiting. My food was not prepared. The manager was consistently rude and seemed more focused on her phone than on customer service. When I requested a refund, she processed it but handed it to me very aggressively. Additionally, she made an inappropriate comment. The cashier at the entrance was Brenda P, but the manager used her register to handle my refund. This incident occurred on September 16th at 9:05.
The service was slow, and the main issue seemed to be that the portal machine was either broken or our information wasn’t entered correctly. I kept asking about my food after receiving the email notification that it was ready, but I wasn’t informed that my meal had been sitting in the portal the entire time. I couldn't access it due to the displayed names. After waiting 20-30 minutes, I finally received my food, which was warm and delicious, and my name had been on the boxes all along! I just don't understand why some people complicate things unnecessarily.
I placed my order at the drive-thru but wasn't informed that I would have to wait after paying. So, I pulled over to wait. I noticed other customers were also waiting for their food. After 40 minutes, I called to find out what was going on. The employee asked for my car details, claimed he would check, and then hung up on me. Finally, I went inside and had to wait another 12 minutes for my order. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. They could have at least offered a dessert, a drink, or a small discount for the inconvenience. This experience happened on August 24, 2022.
I ordered the delivery for some bread sticks. It took an hour to deliver them. I asked to hand it over to me because I ordered the delivery before they ignore any instructions and just leave the food at your door without notice. Instead, the driver decided they would just act like it was contactless and did the same without even ringing the doorbell. In each bag there was a bread stick I bought. I will not buy online again, terrible service.
Don't get me wrong, I love me a little Caesars pizza. But that drive through is HORRIBLE, the onning over the takeout window is not big enough to stop a light drizzle, let alone a giant rainstorm. Went there for a pizza, left with my whole door and seat wet from all the rain pouring in
