Arrived at the store with four different employees in the back walking around doing nothing as I shouted for help and looked directly at the manager they all ignored me. The manager's name was Ray. Could not get any help until one of the employees that was sitting down in the dining room eating came up to take my order. Meanwhile the timer on the order was 10 minutes and it said complete but was not.
