My friend and I decided to dine here around 3 AM, and we practically had the whole place to ourselves—fantastic! The restaurant was clean, and the service was good. We both ordered a pancake combo, and it was just what we needed! No complaints whatsoever from us!
I would never return to this location. I've been here twice, and as you can see from the picture, the fries at the bottom of the bag were barely warm when they arrived. The service was also extremely slow; we waited 10 minutes before our server even acknowledged us. I’ll try to share the picture I took during my first visit. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich, and after just one bite, I found it to be thin and as hard as a rock. The McDonough location surpasses this one by far, and this is a new establishment. It’s disappointing.
We were seated promptly without much wait. The food was outstanding, and the staff worked well together as a team. The manager was very attentive, checking in on guests and assisting where needed – an impressive approach that I wish more restaurant managers would adopt. She was genuinely nice. The dining area was decent, but what really stood out was our server, Avery B. She was delightful, always wearing a smile and consistently checking on us. I truly appreciated the fantastic service she provided; I wish there were more waitstaff like her. She really excels at her job. As for the food, the Belgian waffles from IHOP are simply the best – I absolutely love them! Overall, a wonderful dining experience.
Our server Celia was great we didn't have to ask for anything she was on it. And she was suggestive selling. Celia also made sure I table stayed clean of dirty dishes. Thanks Celia for terrific and magnificent service
I ordered Chicken and Pancakes. The pancakes were good, as you can tell from my pic. The buttermilk fried chicken tenders were really good and crispy. The food was good and hot. I would have given a 5 star rating on the food and the customer service. The cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable. I definitely prayed over my food. Despite the dead fly and ants on the table, I ate there anyway because I was really hungry. I asked the hostess to move me to another table and she did. She offered to wipe the table with the dead fly, but I opted for an already clean table. I thought she would have cleaned the fly table after seating me, but she didn't. I thought she would have cleaned the booth with the ants, but she didn't. Nevertheless, I am alive and well. I survived IHOP! I probably won't go back.
