Starbucks - Gridley

I've always loved Starbucks and their breakfast sandwiches. Friendly staff, seemed backed up, and were out of my season fav Carmel brulee. Can't wait to go back when they have it back in stock.

Solid coffee, modern corporate atmosphere, well trained(usually) staff.

Wow! If you haven't had the chance to try the chocolate cream cold brew yet, you're really missing out! It's absolutely delicious! Just make sure to master that perfect shake without spilling it, and you'll be all set! Grab one and tell me what you think!

The service was extremely slow, especially for walk-in orders. The strawberry drink was mostly ice, with just a single slice of strawberry. The bread was ice cold, nearly frozen. I had to wait 20 minutes for a regular coffee, and when it finally arrived, it was so hot that I couldn't drink it. The counters and trash cans were overflowing, leaving items piled up on the side, and the outdoor tables were so messy that I had to clean them off before I could sit down. This is the second time I've experienced this in two weeks. I'm not sure if there's new management or if it's just a matter of insufficient training.

I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. The sandwiches arrived, but the cheese in the grilled cheese sandwich wasn't even melted, so I sent it back. The drinks never showed up, so I went to check on them and had to show my receipt because they couldn’t find my order in the prep area anymore. I also asked for a bit of extra cream in my coffee, but they added so much that the coffee ended up being cold.
