Mylo's - Greybull

We tried Mylo's for the first time since moving to Greybull. We had the grilled prime rib. It was really tender and tasted great. As a matter of fact from the salad, sides and dessert it was quality. Caesar was our waiter and was very attentive and took great care of us. We will be back.

I cannot recommend this place more highly. What you have to know is that Mylo owns and manages the hotel and the restaurant. He's also the chef and he was eating his dinner a few tables over while we were dining. Everything we had for dinner was absolutely delicious! Seriously, it was the best meal we had the whole trip. And the atmosphere is absolutely legit it is an old speakeasy with a lot of atmosphere. We had a chance to tour the basement the next morning and we got to see the sealed up bootlegger's tunnels, where they would make the deliveries and the kitchen. Not just a restaurant, it's an absolutely unforgettable experience.

This is the best food in Greybull. The setting is beautiful and unique, too! I went with a big family group but this would be even better for date night. You will find classically delicious food on the menu as well as some quirky and amazing surprises. I had never even heard of kraut balls! Try them- they are amazing. I had to order the ribs. They fell off the bone and were perfectly seasoned. My husband had the ravioli in a tomato basil sauce. It was superb. My son's crispy shrimp were light and tasty. The weirdest/best part was the damned string beans on the side. Buttery, perfectly cooked. Wine list was excellent. I can't wait to pass through Greybull again soon to eat here again.

All the rooms were full, but they still allowed us to stay. Extremely clean and well maintained, beautiful flower beds. My bathroom at home does not spark as much as hers! 100% the best hotel we travel across the country. I'm pretty sure the breakfast bread was made home. Sooo good. Very recommended!

The room was absolutely tiny, about a foot of the walkway around the bed, but very comfortable. I'm not sure this was typical for all rooms, but I was a last minute booking. The heating worked super, and yes you can control it in your own room, and the bed was amazing for a motel. Everything in this place was a LOT better than I expected and I would like to stay here again when the work leads me to Greybull.
