It took an hour and a half for our food to arrive. Congratulations. We also received the wrong order. Congratulations next.
At least disappointed by my recent experience. First, despite calling in time to make a reservation, me and my party were seated at a table right in front of the door, exposing us to the cold as it was -6⁰ outside, and of course customers and staff were coming in and out all the time. the duration, so we nearly died of the cold. What impressed me was that I made the reservation 4 days before. It wasn't a last minute reservation, in which case I'd be justified in putting us at whatever random table they saw fit just to accommodate us somewhere. But apparently, I didn't have the right contacts to get a better service. Again, it's a good thing that they didn't take us out completely, in the cold... On top of that, the service was inexcusable. I have never had slower service anywhere. The food we ordered arrived two hours late. We sat at the table at 21:00 and were served at 23:00. Not only that, other people who were seated later than us were served earlier. Of course they knew the staff and apparently to be treated as a customer one needs acquaintances in this shop. Not only did they give us the worst table, and not only did they take two whole hours to serve us, but when they finally brought our food at 11pm, after two hours of waiting and very cold, they brought us an incomplete order. The excuse was that part of what we asked for had run out. Of course it's over two hours later. The kitchen was almost closing at this hour. They offered us as an alternative to bring us another option from the menu. Why; To wait another two hours for it to be ready? They shouldn't ask if we want it. If they were proper professionals, out of courtesy alone, and to make up for the poor service up to that point, they should have offered to fill the gap in the order themselves, and even for free, as an apology for the unacceptable treatment we received. No more waiting two hours for something we didn't want in the first place and even paying for it on top. We didn't order anything else of course. We ate quickly and got up to leave. Of course there was no apology from the staff and of course no discount on the price. Whatever I say is little. It's a shame because in this town the businesses themselves, with their highly unprofessional behavior, continue to drive away the locals who turn a blind eye to a lot by trying to support them. As far as this particular business is concerned, I personally am not going to pass by again, even from the outside.
