Reginelli's Pizzeria - Gretna

Not sure how this amount of hummus constitutes $11 but we will never, ever order Reginelli 's via DoorDash again if this is how they do to-go orders. The back left cup is the actual hummus ....about 4TBSP. Ridiculous.

The management of this restaurant undermines quality and has lost sight of how to operate effectively. Poor management leads to low morale and subpar service. I would recommend going to McDonald's instead. Have a great day. Food: 1/5

I'm not sure what's happened, but the food here has really declined. My friend and I ordered pizza, and it was burnt—not just well done, but actually burnt. While they did make us a new one, I can't understand why they would even pack the burned one. It feels like they hoped we wouldn't notice until we left. I also can't order salads anymore because the lettuce is always brown on the bottom. It seems I can’t get pizza here either. This place used to be much better. With their prices being high, I would expect better quality.

The restaurant has tremendous potential. As a discerning diner, especially when a place specializes in a particular cuisine, I expect to be truly impressed. The physical space and location exceeded my expectations, but the food, service, and professionalism of the staff fell short. This was my first visit, and I'm willing to give it a few more tries to find that sweet spot that should have been apparent from the start. I'd rate the execution a C, as it just needs basic management oversight and training for the staff. Providing a casual uniform could also help reinforce the branding and team spirit. I truly hope to be pleasantly surprised on my next visit, which I'm planning for early August! As for parking, there's plenty of secure space available in a lovely corner spot within a high-end shopping complex. Cheers!

I used to love Reginelli's before they removed the pepperoni Detroit-style pizza from their menu. I hope they bring it back someday because it was the best pizza in the city!
